A new concept in low cost Slitter Rewinders for the Australasian Market

The Dusenbery 735FAM Slitter Rewinder is our latest design, and is an ideal machine for the smaller converter who does not require the larger, high speed model 835 or 10,000 Level 6.

Designed and built in Australia to the same exacting specifications as our larger machines, the 735FAM utilises 2 motor AC drive technology, Fife web guiding and Magpowr automatic tension control.

Complete loading and unloading is performed at the front of the machine. This machine also incorporates razor slitting in a grooved roll, in air and/or optional shear slitting using the latest Tidland Performance Series pneumatic knives.

The 735FAM is an ideal entry level machine, and features pneumatic unwind braking, Fife CDP-01 edge/line guiding and full circumferential differential rewind corelock adaptors, or optional Tidland D2 Differential shafts resulting in an extremely ergonomic, productive, and low maintenance slitter.
