New Cost Saving Ink Pans For Mark Andy Presses

In response to client requests we now have available new design ink pans to suit Mark Andy 2200 flexo presses.

The new stainless steel ink pan is specifically designed for clients using UV inks where volumes mixed and uses are generally lower than in water based applications.  

The new pan will assist printers in that less ink will be required, especially for short run jobs, and set up times will be quicker. Due to the new shape of the ink pan, wash up will be quicker, easier and cleaner. Holding less ink will also reduce the incidence of spillage when removing the pans during the wash up process.  

Cost savings from reduced ink usage, set up and wash up times, will guarantee a rapid payback on this new feature. 

All future Mark Andy UV presses supplied into Australia and New Zealand will be fitted with these new pans and new style pans will also be available for other Mark Andy presses in the near future.
